EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a fast and easy procedure which helps you in dealing with negative emotion,  stress or anxiety that you may be holding on to. It is aimed at returning your mind, body and feelings back to a state of balance and calmness. Negative emotions disrupt the body’s energy system, so any negative thoughts usually impacts  negative body response.  
Negative events, from your past, besides triggering negative emotions, also impact your set of beliefs, causing you to adopt  new beliefs or decisions, useful at that moment to protect you. 

By using EFT , we work on the acupressure points of your body (by tapping on them)  and balance the body’s energy system.  

We are using EFT  to complement work and help with easier  removing obstacles in achieving client targets. But it is also possible to schedule EFT session itself to address some other of recurring problems.  

Besides we using it to eliminate fears and stress regarding  your  targets, we use EFT in managing following issues and usually is not need more than 3-6 session:  

  • Anxiety
  • Guilt
  • Stage Fright
  • Phobias
  • Panic Attacks
  • Anger
  • Unresolved Grief
  • Self-Confidence
  • Habits and compulsive behaviours
  • Addictions to food, alcohol or any other substance
  • Insomnia

Note: a condition for all sessions  – that you weren’t treated for mental illnesses.
